Warranty - Liquid Eyewear - Polarized Sunglasses

Liquid Icon Sunglasses are warranted to the original purchaser for one full year from the date of purchase against any material and workmanship defect. Liquid Icon will repair or replace, at our option, any pair of Liquid Icon sunglasses found to be defective. This excludes any damage caused by improper or unreasonable use. This One Year Limited Warranty does not apply to normal wear. This includes, but is not limited to, scratching or accidental breakage. This warranty period must be accompanied by the following:

Original proof of purchase. Including a dated copy of the original sales receipt with your returned eyewear.
A check for $9.95 to cover shipping and handling. International charges will vary.
A brief description indicating how the sunglasses broke
Your name, daytime phone number, and address in the event that we need to contact you in regards to the charges due to accidental breakage. This One Year Limited Warranty does not cover accidental breakage.

MAILING INSTRUCTIONS & ADDRESS

Step 1: Contact Liquid via phone (928) 329-0006 for a return authorization number before shipping. This number must be clearly marked on the outside of the box. This number tells us who is returning something to Liquid. Without an RA number, your shipment will be declined and returned to original sender. Please avoid this problem by contacting Liquid before returning anything to obtain an RA number.

Step 2: Place your Liquid Icon sunglasses into a suitable container and tape securely. We recommend returning your Liquid Icon sunglasses via UPS, registered, or insured mail. Liquid Icon is not responsible for items lost or stolen in the mail. If your sunglasses are prescription, clearly mark RX on the outside of the container.
